1997-98 West Coast Conference Freshman of the Year

GENERAL CAPSULE: Fifth-year senior captain enters the season completely healthy for the first time in three years... will lead the team at the point position, but will also see time at the two-guard... looks for a big senior campaign.

MISCELLANEOUS: Entering 2001-2002 season, ranks fourth in USF career 3-point field goal percentage at .383 (102-266) and third in 3-pointers made (102)... needs 20 threes to surpass Amy Touli (1989-93) as USF�s career long range marksman... also ranks fourth in WCC history in career 3-point accuracy... also moving up the top-10 career assist list entering the season in sixth place with 332... completed her B.A. in Communications in the Spring of 2001 and is currently pursuing her Master�s in Sports and Fitness Management at USF.

2000-2001 SEASON (8.7 PPG, 2.8 RPG, 3.9 APG, 1.8 SPG): Turned in a solid season at the point for USF in her junior campaign... continued to climb the USF career 3-pointer leader board and currently has 102 to rank third all-time... dished out a career-high nine assists against Wisconsin-Milwaukee (1/5/01)... recorded five or more assists 12 times... 332 career assists ranks sixth in USF history... poured in a season-high 20 points in an upset win against Pepperdine (3/1/01) in the first round of the 2001 WCC Tournament... scored 14 points against Cal State Fullerton (11/25/00) and Cal (12/8/00)... pulled down a season-high eight rebounds at #6 Iowa State (12/27/00)... established single-season bests in rebounds (82), assists (113) and steals (52)... ranked among West Coast Conference leaders in assists (third) and steals (fifth)... led USF in assists and steals.

1999-2000 SEASON (9.1 PPG, 2.0 RPG, 4.0 APG, 1.6 SPG, .409 3P%): Made much-anticipated return to the lineup for her sophomore season... ranked as high as seventh nationally in 3-point field goal accuracy during the season and ended the regular season with a .408 (39-96) mark... exploded for a career-high 26 points at Cal (12/6/99) on 11-18 shooting from the field, including 4-7 from long distance... led the West Coast Conference in assist to turnover ratio (1.3) and ranked fifth in assists (4.0) and 3-point field goal percentage (.409)... connected on 5-6 threes against Long Beach State (1/6/00) and finished with 17 points... scored a game-high 18 points and dished out four assists in USF's decisive victory against Loyola Marymount (1/29/00)... dished out season-high seven assists in victory against Western Michigan (12/12/99)... pulled down career-high nine rebounds at Gonzaga (2/26/00) in regular season finale in Spokane... led USF in scoring three times, assists on 14 occasions... her .408 3-point field goal percentage ranks seventh in the single-season record books, while her 39 buckets from long distance rate fourth... shot .829 (34-41) from the charity stripe to rank sixth among single-season leaders.

1998-99 SEASON: Redshirted due to an ACL knee injury.

1997-98 SEASON (11.0 PPG, 2.4 RPG, 4.1 APG, .403 3P%): Named WCC Freshman of the Year... one of only six freshmen in WCC history to ever record 100 or more assists in a season led team and WCC in three-point percentage (.403, 31-77), ranking tied for fifth on USF's all-time single-season list for three-pointers made and sixth in single-season three-point percentage made 17-of-38 (.447) treys in WCC games paced USF in assists (4.1 apg, #3 WCC) ranked third on club in scoring (11.0 ppg, #18 WCC) twice recorded a season-high eight assists (at Pepperdine, San Diego) scored in double figures 14 times, including a season-high 21 points against Northern Arizona.

PREP CAREER: Three-time all-state selection at Woodbury High School... all-time leading scorer (male or female) at the school with 1,844 career points... also posted career totals of 619 assists and 415 steals... averaged 19.4 points, 7.2 assists and 4.3 steals per game as a senior, leading team to state finals... named team MVP and led squad in scoring all four seasons... holds 22 school records... also earned all-state selections in softball (three times) and soccer (twice).

WHY I CHOSE USF: I chose USF for the pride they have in the basketball program and how much people care for you as a person.

STRAIGHT FROM THE COACHING STAFF: We are anticipating a great season from Lindsey. She was selected as one of this years co-captains along with sophomore Carey Sauer. Her experience in the backcourt will be called upon throughout the season. She is a tremendous shooter and will help us score in transition.
