Golden Gopher Career Notes: A Golden Gopher starter at guard • a versatile talent able to play any of the perimeter positions • possesses a great skill set coming into the collegiate game • can shoot the three, create her own shot or post up • a solid defender and rebounder • displays an exceptional basketball IQ • brings a “knows what it takes” winning attitude to the court • has started 30 of 62 career games • owns a career scoring average of 9.9 points per game and a total of 612 career points • has tallied 28 career games in double figures and two double-doubles • earned All-Big Ten Honorable Mention honors as a sophomore • named to the 2009 Big Ten All-Freshman Team • the third Gophers (Janel McCarville, 2002; Brittany McCoy, 2007) to be honored as a freshman.
