UNLV PROFILE ]
A capable scorer with the ability to score from anywhere on the floor...Has the strength to play under the basket complemented with an excellent perimeter shot...Has great size and strength for a guard...Also a solid rebounder and defender...Originally recruited by head coach Regina Miller at Western Illinois and transferred to UNLV after Miller was named the Lady Rebels' head coach.

 

(2000-01): Team's fourth leading scorer averaging 8.9 ppg...Scored her 1,000 career point in a win at San Diego State...Named to the Cox Communications/Lady Rebel Shootout All-Tournament Team...Received team's versatility award...(1999-2000): Finished second on the team and third in the conference in scoring with 14.3 ppg...Also finished second on the squad in rebounding (6.0 rpg) and ranked eighth in the league ...Was tops among all MWC newcomers in both of those statistical categories...Started all 26 games in which she played...Led the team in scoring with a season-high 27 points at UC Santa Barbara...Pulled down a season-best 12 rebounds along with 26 points in the win at Denver...Topped the 20-point barrier five times and was held below double figures in just seven contests...Recorded three double-doubles on the year...Scored the first points, first field goal, first three-pointer and first 20-point game in Mountain West Conference history in the Lady Rebels' season opener at UC Santa Barbara...Was a perfect 6-for-6 from the line in the victory at New Mexico, including hitting two clutch free throws with 1.2 seconds remaining to seal the win...(1998-99): Sat out the season per NCAA rules after transferring from Western Illinois.

(1997-98): Named Mid-Continent Conference Newcomer of the Year... Selected as first-team All-Mid-Continent Conference...Made the conference all-freshman team...Broke the freshman scoring record for both Western Illinois and the conference...Led the team in scoring...Started all 25 games she played in for the Westerwinds...Averaged 19.4 points per game, which was third in the nation for freshman...Scored in double-figures in 23 of 25 games and 20 or more points in 11 contests...Scored a career-high 34 points vs. Oral Roberts...Averaged 7.9 rebounds and pulled down a career-high 15 twice...Averaged 2.0 assists and 1.9 steals per game...Shot 38.4 percent from the field, 25.3 percent from three-point range and 77.7 percent from the free throw line.
